The firm, which provides research and insights focused on the global, technology market, has been in the at 260 Franklin St. building for about three years under a sublease with Fidelity Investments, Barry Hynes, senior vice president with Trammell Crow, tells GlobeSt.com. Although terms of that lease were not disclosed, Hynes says space in the 23-story 348,901-sf office building generally leases in the $30- to $40-per sf price range.

Hynes, along with Mike Brown, executive vice president of Trammel Crow, negotiated for the tenant. Jason Cameron, assistant vice president of Spaulding & Slye represented the owner, 260 Franklin Street Inc.
