BPG Sells 114,000-SF Office Complex

Century Corporate Center consists of 100 Century Parkway, a three-story office building, and the one-story 200 Century Parkway. BPG recently completed a capital improvement on the interiors and exteriors of both buildings, including new exteriors, upgraded landscaping and lobby upgrades. A spokesman for BPG would not provide further details of the buildings or sale transaction, issuing a statement reading, in part, "we are not releasing any additional information regarding this [transaction]."

The sale marks the second between the buyer and seller in recent weeks in the metro Philadelphia market. As reported by GlobeSt.com, BPG recently sold its 104,000-sf 1300 Virginia Dr. office building in Fort Washington, PA's Maplewood Office Center. "We are continuing to look for additional investment opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia region," Avir principal Richard F. Smith told GlobeSt.com after that earlier sale.
