Torgeson, who is the founder and managing member of private investment firm Arroyo Capital Advisors LLC, began his real estate career leasing store sites for a national retail chain before joining CB Richard Ellis, where he spent 22 years, rising to senior level positions in sales, leasing and brokerage. After CBRE, he was SVP of North American sales for PropertyFirst.com, which later merged with LoopNet.
Torgeson will specialize in searches relating to brokerage, property management, asset management, investment acquisition, disposition, development, mortgage banking, work-outs, and construction. He will continue to be involved in ventures with Arroyo Capital Advisors.
