Once the park is complete, it will be the largest in the Washington metro area, at 234,072 sf. It has a planned occupancy of fourth quarter 2006.
The six-story, 250,000-sf class A office is connected by a walkway to the 80,000-sf Commons Building. This building includes a cafeteria, a 135-seat auditorium, several conference rooms and a 8,328-sf fitness center. In March 2005, COPT closed on a $32-million construction facility to fund the construction of the park.
