Haynes, who will be based in Palm Desert, formerly was an SVP with Grubb & Ellis in Dallas. In that position, he directed commercial brokerage activities for eight regional offices throughout the southwestern and southeastern US.
A veteran of nearly 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, Haynes also is a former EVP of Bramalea/Trizec in Newport Beach, where he was responsible for the firm's commercial development and other operations in Southern California. His other positions have included VP of business marketing and senior director at the Irvine Co.
Since its establishment in 1994, CT Realty Corp. has completed more than 140 transactions totaling more than $2 billion, which includes acquisitions, sales, development and redevelopment. In addition, the company provides development equity financing through strategic partnerships with developers in the Southwest.
