TNS, a global market information company, has signed a 10-year lease for 28,094 sf of space on the top floor of the three-story Five High Ridge Park, a 108,355-sf office building owned by George Comfort & Sons Inc. CB Richard Ellis' David Block, first vice president,; Robert Caruso, managing director, and Steven Swerdlow, president corporate services, represented TNS.
TNS had wanted to move to Stamford for some time, but needed to dispose of its 24,315 sf of leased space at 2 Pickwick Plaza, Block explains. The company's lease at the Greenwich building did not expire until the end of 2008. "It was a complicated deal, but everything came together smoothly."
Albert E. Lawrence, senior managing director of Antares Real Estate Services, reports that Merrill Lynch, will relocate out of its existing 11,400-sf offices on the ground floor of 3 Pickwick Plaza and move into 27,000 sf of space at 2 Pickwick Plaza on the third and fourth floors. The majority of that space is currently occupied by TNS.
Merrill Lynch is expected to take occupancy of its new space at 2 Pickwick Plaza by the first quarter of 2007, Lawrence says. Paul Kauffman of Cushman & Wakefield represented Merrill Lynch.
