Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby leased 43,000 sf in the 1925 Century Park East tower in a three-year renewal valued at $4.4 million. It occupies the 14th and 15th floors and a portion of the 13th floor.

Towers Perrin provides human resources, risk and financial management services. The firm was represented by David McDonnell of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Jackoway Tyerman Wertheimer Austen Mandelbaum & Morris, an entertainment law firm, leased 19,800 sf in the 1925 Century Park East tower. The firm will occupy the entire 22nd floor in an 11-year transaction valued at $6.9 million. Jim Travers and Lee Polster of Travers Realty represented the firm.

Progressive Casualty Insurance Co. signed for 12,000 sf on the fourth floor of the 1875 Century Park East tower in a five-year lease valued at $2 million. The insurance firm was represented by Kinden Mitchell of Cushman & Wakefield.

Kathy McKay, marketing director at Watt Plaza, and Jamie Bergantz of Watt Management Co. represented Watt Plaza in all transactions. McKay notes that the deals follow an earlier 9,290-sf expansion by the law firm of Pircher Nichols & Meeks.

The law firm executed a six-year lease extension on its existing 39,694 sf, making its total 48,984 sf conterminous for an 11-year term. Total value of the combined transaction was $12 million. Piercher Nichols was represented by Hunt Barnett of Madison Partners.
