The company is currently located at 26 Lansdowne St. here.

Porter McMillian, senior vice president of US Science & Medical Affairs for sanofi-aventis, says in a statement the expansion along with the developing technologies from nearby colleges and universities will help the firm meet its research and development goals. Dan Loughlin with the Staubach Co. in New Jersey and Greg Zais with Staubach in Boston brokered the deal for the tenant. The building's owner, Biomed Realty Trust, was self-represented.
