The buyer, a private investor group, was represented in the transaction by Mark D. Berk of Sperry Van Ness/Location 333 Realty of Wallingford, PA. The seller, the Pennsylvania-based Cuthbert Blvd. Partners, was represented by James O'Neill of O'Neill Associates.
The deal marks the second that Berk has done recently for the buyer involving a Rite Aid-occupied building. In the earlier transaction, a Rite Aid store in Delaware traded for just under $3 million.
