CARLSTADT, NJ-Premier Supplies has signed a lease for 17,000 sf of warehouse space at 110 Asia Pl. here. The distributor of office supplies, vending products and print materials is relocating from a smaller space in nearby North Bergen.

The tenant was represented by Frank Caccavo, Jason Goldman and Andrew Siemsen of the Edison office of Cushman & Wakefield, and Emmett Noonan of the firm's Manhattan office. AMB Properties, the owner, was represented by Lew Solomon and Alex Previdi of Lee & Klatskin Associates, Teterboro.

"This new space, which is closer to our Manhattan corporate office, will help us with our current and future business expansion needs," says Sheldon Lehman, president of Premier Supplies.

"After an extensive search, this property's proximity to the company's Manhattan headquarters made it the right choice," Siemsen adds.
