Nursefinders Inc. will move to 524 E. Lamar Blvd. from 1701 E Lamar Blvd., transitioning into similarly sized offices. Theron Bryant, with SCM Real Estate Services in Arlington, tells GlobeSt.com that the property was a big draw for Nursefinders because it not only kept the company in the same area, but offered expansion possibilities, numerous amenities and newly renovated interiors. "It's one of the few, large, available floor plans in Arlington," says Bryant, who handled the transaction for building owner, Foster-Fishcreek LP.
The Nursefinders' lease will push the building's occupancy to nearly 87%, Bryant says. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but Bryant says the building's rental quote runs in the high teens. Matthew Heisley with Mohr Partners Inc. in Dallas handled negotiations for the tenant.
