Benefit, compensation and human resources consultants the Segal Co. will occupy 13,591 sf of office space under the lease renewal agreement, Jonathan H. Gifford, senior vice president at NAI Hunneman Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com. "It's been a good location for them."

Gifford notes that the firm has been in the fully leased, 268,672-sf, class A office building since it was constructed in 1991. Terms of the lease were not disclosed but he says similar office space in the area generally rents in the high $30s to mid-$40s per sf.

Gifford, , in conjunction with brokers Joshua Gorin and David Goldstein of Studley's New York and Los Angeles offices represented the tenant. Ali Cavanaugh and Peter Farnum of Trammell Crow Co. represented the owner, Beacon Capital Partners.
