These transactions come just a few weeks after it was announced that Arch Chemicals Inc. had signed a 60,268-sf lease at the park. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. signed a five-year lease for a 1,741-sf sales office that will be located on the second floor of 101 Merritt 7. Judd McArthur of Cresa Partners represented the tenant.
Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Co. signed a seven-year lease for 2,415 sf on the first floor of 101 Merritt 7 and will relocate operations from Stamford. Jeff Gage of Albert B. Ashforth represented the tenant.
Pursuit Dynamics Inc. leased 1,741 sf for a five-year term on the second floor of 101 Merritt 7. The firm will relocate from Darien. Jodie Dostal of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
Barlow Group, LLC, an executive search firm, leased 2,550 sf for a five-year term on the fifth floor of 101 Merritt 7. The firm, which was represented by Rick Rosencrans of Newmark Knight Frank, will relocate from Stamford.
Albert D. Phelps also reports that Consolidated Multiple Listing Service Inc. renewed its 2,750-sf lease for a five-year term for space on the plaza level of 101 Merritt 7. The Sunflower Group renewed its lease for 2,500 sf for five years on the plaza level of 101 Merritt 7 and LaSalle Bank National Association expanded to 3,000 sf on the fifth floor of 301 Merritt 7. Brian Higgins of the Staubach Co. represented the tenant.
There is approximately 160,000 sf of office space currently available at the Merritt 7 Corporate Pak, which is owned by Merritt 7 Venture LLC, a joint venture between New York State Teachers' Retirement System and Fairfield Investors Inc. ING Clarion Partners LLC is the asset manager.
