LAS VEGAS-In its second major announcement involving New Jersey during ICSC's Spring Convention, Madison Marquette has revealed plans to start work on Montgomery Promenade in that state's Somerset County. "We are planning this project to be a community focal point," says Jay Lask, managing director of investments for the firm. "We believe tenants and residents alike will derive value from this project."
