Three of the buildings are located in the same block, at 50, 78 and 88 First St. The three buildings are 134,000 sf, 15,832 sf and 17,500 sf, respectively. Each is between 80% and 100% leased, with tenants including Jack-in-the-Box and the Dolan Law firm. The fourth property, a 43,317-sf built in 1951 and located at 1540 Market St., is 65% leased, mostly to nonprofit organizations.

The management contract runs for one year. The properties will be under the direction of Steven Ring, regional vice president in Charles Dunn's San Francisco office. The leasing assignment is in the hands of Charles Dunn brokers Jay Shaffer.

Ring says the company was hired in part due to its expertise in the Mission Street corridor market and its leasing group's knowledge of the area," Ring says. "Our goals are to increase occupancy and maintain the buildings in their current conditions," he says.
