The building's owner, Gabrellian Associates, was represented by Jeffrey A. Prezant and Gerri O'Dell, directors in the East Rutherford office of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ. C&W has the leasing exclusive for the building, which also houses Gabrellian Associates' headquarters office. Wachovia was represented by Paul Giannone of the Woodbridge, NJ office of Newmark Knight Frank. Terms were not released.
Paramus Corporate Center recently underwent a renovation that brought the building to class A status. The Wachovia Wealth Management signing "brings the building up to 96% occupancy," Prezant says.
