Terms of the signing were not disclosed.
Located on Route 46, Parsippany Commons is situated on a 3.5-acre site adjacent to a New Jersey Transit facility. The site includes a 34,000-sf, 270-car parking structure. For Saint Clare's, which has its main facility in Denville, NJ, the local site joins existing facilities there and in Dover and Sussex.
