BELLMAWR, NJ-Concord Products has signed a long-term full-building lease for the 44,700-sf industrial property at 251 Benigno Blvd. The freestanding single story building is in Korman Commercial Properties' Interstate Business Park.

It contains tailgate and drive-in loading, and has 4,040 sf of office space. Marc Isdaner, director and senior vice president of Colliers Lanard & Axilbund's industrial division represented Korman, and Jim Quigley of Bridgeport, PA-based Bushar Corp. represented Concord.

The building was previously occupied by Showtime Exhibits, which went out of business within the past six months. Concord Products is a family-owned manufacturer of office furniture, making systems furniture, freestanding furniture and floor-to-ceiling partitions.

It is relocating its headquarters and distribution space here from its previous headquarters in Cherry Hill as well as space in Pennsylvania. Concord also offers services such as design planning and maintenance. Interstate Business Park has about 2.5 million sf of industrial space across several dozen buildings.
