The 24-story, 250,000 sf boutique tower on the corner of 41st St. across the street from Bryant Park has asking rents in from $49 to $52 per sf.
GVA Williams is the exclusive leasing agent for 475 Fifth Avenue. Harry F. Blair, senior managing director, and Sean Kearns, associate director of GVA Williams, represented the building's ownership, 475 Fifth Avenue Limited Partnership. Steve B. Strati and Susan Giella of Cushman & Wakefield represented T.C. Ziraat Bankasi in the 10-year lease transaction.
"As the Bryant Park submarket is being flooded with corporate tenancies, 475 Fifth Avenue is proving to be one of the most attractive options in the area," says Blair.
The building recently underwent renovation. Other tenants include Daikin U.S. Corporation, the Japan-based, manufacturer of commercial and residential air conditioning systems; consulting firm Eurasia Group; Flack & Kurtz, a global engineering firm; and Sean "P. Diddy" Combs' flagship Sean John store.
