RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA-Trico Realty Inc. of Costa Mesa has tilted the walls on a 62,620-sf flex office and industrial park called Trico Business Center at 9300-9360 Santa Anita Drive. The project comprises four office/flex buildings where the developer is offering straight office or a combination of office and light industrial or warehouse space.
Natalie Bazarevitch of the Ontario office of CB Richard Ellis is leasing the buildings along with office specialist David Waggoner and industrial specialist Erik Wanland. The development, which will feature buildings beginning at 1,440 sf, is close to the I-15 and I-10 freeways near Victoria Gardens and the Ontario Mills Mall.
Bazarevitch says the project is a response to continued low vacancy rates for industrial and office space in the Inland Empire. The development is part of a portfolio of approximately 2.5 million sf for Trico Realty, which specializes in the development of raw land into industrial and commercial projects.
