NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ-Levin Management, based here, picked up the leasing and management assignment for two shopping centers totaling more than 174,000 sf in New Jersey, according to the firm's president and COO Matthew Harding. Both properties are owned by the Brochin family, which operates the Millburn-based Ruxton Management Corp.
The larger of the two properties now under Levin's wing is Aldrich Plaza, a 150,000-sf Bed, Bath & Beyond-anchored property in Howell. Also among the center's 26 tenants are Mandee, Boston Market, Blockbuster, GNC and Radio Shack, and availabilities include a 10,000-sf pad site adjacent to the Bed, Bath & Beyond.
The second part of the assignment is a 24,439-sf neighborhood shopping center in Hackensack anchored by Rite Aid and Dunkin Donuts. The two properties combined with other recent assignment bring Levin's total portfolio to 12 million sf, including 5.6 million sf in New Jersey.
