The other signings were by Delancy Tool Corp., a hardware wholesaler and retailer (31,200 sf); Diakon Logistics, a warehousing and home delivery company (22,000 sf); and the Bridgewater Acura auto dealership (26,400 sf).
"MiddleBrook Crossroads has been experiencing a great deal of leasing activity," says Bob Martie, senior vice president of the Bedminster, NJ-based Advance.
The latest signings bring the park to 85% occupancy, according to Martie, with 120,000 sf of the property's total of 800,000 sf still available. Other major tenants on the property include UPS, SCP Pool Corp. and DiFeo Lexus.
