80,000 SF of Leases Signed at KBS Property

The largest of the recent transactions include RBC Dain Raucher, a securities firm, which leased 32,000 sf. Managed Healthcare Associations Inc., an internet-based marketing and contracting company, leased 22,000 sf. And Veritext, a national court reporting service, took 12,000 sf. Other, smaller leases were signed by Delaware Valley Underwriting Agency Inc, Knowledge Support Systems Group and Symbiotix.

The two-building property consists of 25A Vreeland Ave., a 113,000-sf building completed in 1984, and its twin 25B Vreeland Ave., completed a year later. Available space at Koll Corporate Center is currently listed with an asking price of $24 per sf.
