Company officials declined to disclose the sale price of 303 Corporate Center.

The 303 Corporate Center property consists of a four-story, 59,266-sf building with an 8,331-sf availability, and a one-story, 10,374-sf office building currently leased in its entirety to CentraState Medical Center. The property also has a pad site with the potential for an 8,000-sf single-story office building, according to Michael K. Nevins, Onyx's vice president of asset management.

"With its close proximity to CentraState Medical Center, 303 Corporate Center is ideal for medical offices," Nevins tells GlobeSt.com. "The building's entrance lobby was recently renovated, and to further enhance the property we will be implementing a comprehensive capital improvement program."

Since it was formed in 2004, Onyx has purchased nearly 2.2 million sf of office, retail and industrial properties in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. The current value of the company's holdings is said to be in the $296 million range.
