The 23-story tower will feature two components, 174 condominiums and a 250-room boutique hotel to be managed by San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Group LLC. Interior designers on the project are Nuhouse Design, Inc. and French designer Stephanie Dupoux. The condominiums will range in size from 704 sf to 1,407 sf and are priced from $400,000s to $1.2 million.

Among features of the project are a two-story lobby facing the ocean, balconies, sculpted water fountains and rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. A glass staircase will rise to the restaurant bar and club. The restaurant and dining terraces will overlook the beach club, infinity edge pool, beach and Atlantic Ocean. The project will also include a fitness center, spa and treatment rooms and more than 5,000 sf of business and meeting space.

"Sole on the Ocean reflects Kimpton's brand promise to guests who seek resort-style luxury in a relaxed ambience," says Kimpton's senior vice president of acquisitions & development Troy Furbay. "The hotel's design and amenities depict a growing trend in boutique resort lodging."
