MOORESTOWN, NJ – Quaker Chroma Imaging, which has called Downtown Philadelphia home for the past 34 years, is picking up stakes and heading for Moorestown, NJ. Quaker, a digital imaging and photographic-services company, has signed a lease for 20,000 sf of office and light manufacturing space at 225 Executive Dr. here. The 50,600-sf building is within Mack-Cali Realty's Moorestown West Corporate Center.

QCI was represented in the transaction by Marc Isdaner of Colliers Lanard & Axilbund of Philadelphia. The owner of the building, BMP South Realty LLC, a local group, was represented by Donna Bleiler of Mack-Cali. Terms of the transaction were not released, but availabilities within the Moorestown West Corporate Center are currently listed with asking prices in the range of $5 to $11 per sf, with tenant electric additional.

QCI produces graphics on fabric, vinyl and photographic materials, specializing in wide format graphics. The company's entire operation will be relocated to the local site.
