"Cresa's philosophy and ours are identical," Cassetti tells GlobeSt.com. "We both exclusively represent tenants. We have national tenants here and export a lot of business out of Pittsburgh. These clients will benefit from Cresa's national and international platform along with its access to more services, such as lease administration and project management.
"Also, there's a lot of activity going on here now," Cassetti adds. "Cresa is importing a lot of business to Pittsburgh, so this is a very mutually beneficial affiliation." Prior to founding Alliance, Cassetti served as a principal in the local office of Trammell Crow Co.
