The D'Jamoos Group vice president of sales and marketing Andy D'Jamoos tells GlobeSt.com that the project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase, to be constructed on 6.08 acres, will consist of 67,520 sf of office and retail space. Two three-story buildings and one two-story building will be constructed. The first phase is expected to be completed by third quarter 2007.

The second phase will be constructed on 5.15 acres and will consist of 58,900 sf of office/medical space. Two three-story buildings and one two-story building will be constructed. The second phase is expected to be completed by mid-2008. "These buildings are the gateway into the Forum project," D'Jamoos says.

The contractor on the project is Tarpon Springs-based Hawkins Construction Inc., the architect is locally based Schenkel Shultz and the engineer is locally based Johnson Engineering. Leasing efforts are being handled by locally based D'Alesssandro & Woodyard, Inc.
