LYNDHURST, NJ-Argo Turboserve Corp. has signed a lease for 14,640 sf at 160 Chubb Ave. here, and will move its headquarters to the building from its current location in nearby Carlstadt. The company provides supply chain management services for aftermarket spare parts for the industrial, utility, aerospace and automotive industries.
"The company needed additional space to satisfy their growing market demand," says James Klayman, director of the Schultz Organization, Woodbridge, who teamed with Schultz senior managing director to represent Argo Turboserve. "This new space will enable the company to continue to expand."
The owner of the building, the Morristown-based Realty Associates Fund VI LP, was represented by Kwartler Associates of Waldwick. Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but space in the building is listed with an asking price of $24 to $25 per sf plus tenant electric for five- and 10-year terms.
Argo Turboserve's new home is a 140,000-sf, three-story class A building in the Meadowlands submarket. Also known as Cityview Corporate Center, it was built in 1977 and renovated in 2001.
