In the larger of the two leases, the Dietzgen Division of Nashua Corp. took 31,315 sf as part of the expansion of that division's business in the manufacture of labels and thermal and specialty paper. The company's products are widely used by architects and engineers.
In the second lease, Arch Electric Supply and Lighting took 25,920 sf, and will utilize the space as a headquarters for its distribution operations. Terms of the leases were not released; the available space had been listed on SK's Web site with an asking price of $5.25 per sf.
The one-story asset on 9.8 acre was built in 1985 and acquired by SK Properties in early 2000, according to information released by the owner. The building's other current tenant is Provident Mutual Life.
