The tenant was represented in the signing by Andrew Somple, senior vice president, and sales associate Russell J. Verducci of NAI James E. Hanson, Hackensack. The Chicago-based First Industrial, which has its New Jersey office in Pine Valley, was represented in-house. Terms were not released; available space within the park is listed as "negotiable."
"Image, location, accommodations and overall space made this the right match for Dataprobe," Verducci says of the company's new home, which is located at 1B Pearl Court within Allendale Industrial Park. As far as the larger picture, "the industrial leasing market in Bergen County is highly active right now, and similar well-located industrial buildings are in extreme demand."
