PARAMUS, NJ-A $10-million refinancing package is set for a four-building retail and office property totaling 169,436 sf on Route 17 South here. The borrower and owner of the property is the locally based Emil Buehler Trust.

The funding was arranged for the borrower by Thomas Didio, senior managing director in the Florham Park office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. According to Didio, the 15-year, fixed-rate loan was secured through State Farm Life Insurance Co. Serviced by HFF, the loan takes out an existing State Farm loan on the property.

Situated on 13.5 acres, the property consists of one two-story building and three single-story multi-tenant buildings that were most recently renovated in 2000. The buildings are currently fully occupied by P.C. Richard & Sons, Kinko's, FedEx and Einstein Moomjy.
