"The township is seeking qualified developers or individuals to redevelop for property for use as a corporate or religious retreat, B&B, multifamily age-restricted community, continuing care facility, educational facility, office or even single-family residence," says Max Spann Jr. of the Max Spann Real Estate Co., Clinton. His firm is handling the RFP process.
The asset is also located within the designated Delanco Waterfront Redevelopment zone. "Its position in the waterfront redevelopment area forecasts a very positive future for the property," Spann says.
