TUSTIN, CA-The Coreland Cos. has landed six new retail and office management contracts totaling more than 1.2 million sf in Southern California and Utah. The contracts are with Investec Management Corp. of Santa Barbara, Hopkins Real Estate Group of Newport Beach, SPI Holdings Inc. of San Francisco, Kensington Real Estate Group of Tustin and a private investor in San Bernardino.
The properties include the 315,000-sf Palm Springs Mall on Tahquitz Canyon Way in Palm Springs, the 377,000-sf Downey Landing on Lakewood Boulevard in Downey, the 284,000-sf River Oaks Shopping Center on Magic Mountain Parkway in Valencia, the 84,000-sf Exchange Place center at 1845 Business Center Drive in San Bernardino, the 95,000-sf Marketplace at the Lakes on Lakes Drive in West Covina and the 70,000-sf Plaza 7-21 retail and office center in Salt Lake City.
