Veterans Douglas Kincaid and Tommy Pigg, with a combined 30 years' experience, have joined New York City-based Integra Realty Resources Inc. as senior consultants for the Fort Worth and Dallas markets. "They bring expertise, experience and immediate credibility to our expanding real estate consulting capabilities," Integra managing partner Ben Loughry says in a press release. "We also envision that they will be able to mentor our younger consultants."

Kincaid and Pigg both are experienced in investment, asset and property management, finance, site development, acquisitions and dispositions. Kincaid most recently was a partner with Intervest Cos. in Dallas. Pigg, a Fort Worth native, was an independent consultant and principal for the past three years and prior to that spent 25 years with Dallas-based Greenway Investment Co., rising to executive vice president and principal.

Meanwhile, CBRE has tapped Staubach top producer Frank Ricca to roll out an office in the city. The location is in the final stage of negotiation. Ricca has spent 16 of his 22 years in the business at Dallas-based Staubach, rising to senior vice president.

"We've had tremendous interest in Fort Worth in the past 18 months," says Rich Pogue, executive managing director of CBRE's Dallas office. He tells GlobeSt.com that client interest coupled with a Moody's Investors Services ranking as the nation's best CBD office market and Ricca's availability set talks in motion to open a full-service office. Ricca, marking his third day with the firm, plans to hire about 15 professionals, many from local competitors' camps.

Ricca says he started scouting for "opportunities" after recently moving to Fort Worth. "To be a managing director of the largest real estate services company in the world sounded pretty good to me," he says.
