A joint venture of AMC Delancey Group of Philadelphia and Endurance Real Estate Group of Bala Cynwyd, PA owns the 14-building complex. Built in the 1970s and 1980s, the buildings range from 10,000 sf to 70,00 sf. Vacant condominium units in the property range from 5,000 sf to 20,000 sf. Marc Isdaner, senior vice president of the Colliers L&A industrial division, and sales associate Matthew Guers will head the leasing and sales effort.
"When searching for a brokerage partner for the I-295 Industrial Center, we wanted a company that has extensive Southern New Jersey experience," says Benjamin Cohen, president of Endurance.
Says Andrew Kleeman, vice president of asset management for AMC, "We conducted market research and found there was a strong market demand for industrial condominiums throughout Southern New Jersey, especially from small business owners who understood the economic advantages of owning versus renting."
The I-295 Industrial Center is not the only joint project for AMC and Endurance. Earlier this summer, the duo sold a 63,000-sf W/D building at 50 Cutler Ave. in Westville.
