RARITAN, NJ-Discount Trophy & Co. has signed up for 20,000 sf of space over five years at 400 Raritan Center Parkway in the Raritan Center Industrial Park. Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust owns the property.
"We were able to fulfill Discount Trophy & Cos.'s need for a fully functional distribution center," says Rick Vanderbeck, marketing leasing director for First Industrial. "This added location will help their business to continue to grow and expand."
Discount Trophy, a wholesale trophy component distributor based in South Windsor, CT, will use the space for office and wholesale distribution of trophies, plaques and associated items.
Vanderbeck and marketing/leasing coordinator Amy Danowitz represented First Industrial. Brian Scheuer of Chaus Realty represented Discount Trophy.
