Located at 1253 North Church St. and known locally as the Witman Building, the facility encompasses 4,000 sf of office space and 11,000 sf of shop and warehouse space, according to William Dolan, TTI's CEO. The building sits on a five-acre site, "with secure outside storage for our trucks and heavy equipment," says Dolan, whose company serves commercial, industrial and governmental clients in the Northeast.
Financing to complete the acquisition was obtained from PNC Bank, according to Dolan. TTI also obtained financing from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority's New Jersey Business Growth Fund.
