Susan Mason, senior vice president, EVP Jonathan Meisel, and leasing specialists Aaron Ellison and Brian Cass, of Jones Lang LaSalle, Parsippany, all represented Wells in the transaction. Terms of the signing were not disclosed. Wells bought the building in 2003 from the Utah State Retirement Fund for $47 million.
The SAS signing follows the 161,599-sf renewal by primary tenant Polo Ralph Lauren earlier this year, as reported by GlobeSt.com. Since then, a Subway eatery has also been added on the building's ground floor. Currently, just more than 4,000 sf of retail space remains available in the building, as does 45,600 sf of office space. Some 16,500 sf of the latter is on the 10th floor, 3,100 sf is on the eighth floor and 26,143 sf of sub-divisible space is on the ninth floor.
