Innovative Developers Inc. of Fort Worth is developer, construction manager and general contractor for the project at 1924 Forest Ridge Dr. Matthew Carter, IDI-Texas' senior vice president and COO of development, tells GlobeSt.com that the cardiovascular specialty project will be going vertical in 30 to 40 days. The development site sits in the suburb's business corridor and abuts the municipal offices. "The real key to this," Carter says, "is the doctors do work at both of the hospitals and it's between both."
The physicians' group is made of up Michael J. Duran, David R. Eisen, Russell G. Fisher, Bernard Gojer, Scott L. Greenberg, Randall S. Hall, Samuel A. Nussbaumer, Srinivas N. Paranandi and Balaji Veerappan. They currently work out of two locations.
IDI's David Christie is the project manager and Keith Cox, superintendent. Byron Folse Associates of Fort Worth is the architect.
