"The firm has experienced significant growth, and we were pleased to be able to accommodate its expanded space requirements," says Jeffrey Greenberg, principal of the Ridgewood-based Heritage Management, whose company bought the 123,000-sf asset in late 2004, and in 2005 launched a general upgrade of its exterior and common areas. "Since we came on board at 300 Harmon Meadow Blvd., we have focused on upholding the building's institutional quality."

The Chasan Leyner expansion brings the building, which sits on six acres within Harmon Meadow Corporate Park, to 98% occupancy. Other major tenants include Bank of America, C.H. Robinson and JP Morgan.
