William Cuddy, Paul Jacobs and Hilarie Siles of CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Fairfield office represented the tenant. CBRE's Robert Caruso provided consulting services to the group, while Glenn Walsh of Cushman & Wakefield represented RPW.
