McConnell joins TCC, which has its New Jersey offices here, with the title of senior vice president. He had been a senior director at C&W, where he spent 20 years of a to-date 22-year career. And Matthews comes over with the title of vice president after 10 years at C&W, most recently with the title of associate director.
