William Cuddy and Hilarie Siles of CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Fairfield office represented the Alaska Permanent Fund, the owner of the 19-story Gateway building. The brokerage firm's Robert Alexander, Howard Fiddle, Chris Mansfield and Matthew Saker represented AllianceBernstein.
At press time, the tenant did not provide GlobeSt.com its White Plains workforce or its estimate of new jobs it might be filling with its expanded operations there. According to the Westchester County Department of Planning, the company employed 144 workers two years ago. The firm, the parent company of Sanford C. Bernstein and Co., LLC, has been a tenant at the property for the past seven years.
As of Aug. 31, Alliance Bernstein had approximately $649 billion in assets under management. The company provides investment management services for many of the largest US public and private employee benefits plans, foundations, public employee retirement funds, pension funds, endowments, banks, insurance companies and high-net-worth individuals worldwide.
