For the Chatham-based Garibaldi, Jeffrey J. Garibaldi, president; Gerald E. Moore Jr., principal; SVP Craig Zurick; and Toby Nelson, associate vice president, are heading the assignment.

"This facility represents some of the best space on the market in this area," Garibaldi says. "The office market in Northern New Jersey is strong, with a limited amount of 350,000-sf to 400,000-sf class A opportunities in the region."

Ideally, according Eastman president Peter Schofel, he's looking for a single user for the complex. But based on its layout, it can be subdivided. The complex is a four-building design divided into two building with three floors each and two additional buildings with four floors each, all connected by walkways from a central atrium. Located on 33.5 acres and constructed in the late 1980s, the complex also has a 300-seat cafeteria, fitness center, teleconferencing auditorium and underground executive parking.
