BRIDGEPORT, NJ-Two companies have signed industrial leases totaling a combined 85,714 sf at two buildings within the Pureland Industrial Complex here. Both deals were arranged by, and announced by Jackson Cross Partners of King of Prussia, PA.
In the larger of the two deals, Barry Callebaut USA Inc. has taken 60,000 sf at 300 Eagle Court, according to Jackson Cross' Lou Battagliese. The tenant is a division of the Zurich-based Barry Callebaut, a maker of confectionary products. Terms were not released.
And National Delivery Systems Inc., a logistics company, has taken 25,714 sf at One Killdeer Court within the complex. "In May of this year, they leased 17,035 sf in the building, and now have a total of 42,749 sf," says Jackson Cross' Harry McKenna.
Battagliese and McKenna represented Barry Callebaut USA in the 300 Eagle Court deal, while building owner Liberty Property Trust of Malvern, PA was represented in-house. In the One Killdeer Court deal, the Jackson Cross duo spoke for building owner Whitesell Enterprises, Riverside, and David Ricci of the Flynn Co., Philadelphia, represented National Delivery Systems.
