The deal was arranged for the buyer by Aaron Mittleman, vice president of Weichert Commercial Brokerage Inc., Morris Plains. Terms and the sale price were not disclosed. "Aaron was able to achieve each customer's needs in this transaction," says John G. Udell, president of WCB.
The complex is currently fully leased to Hatch Mott MacDonald Inc., an engineering firm. The tenant's lease on the site has eight years to run.
