"With this lease, Ithaka will occupy more than two-thirds of the building and will double the space it had at its previous location," says Robert Eisenberg, managing director at Newmark Knight Frank, who headed the team representing the tenant. "100 Campus Dr. offered Ithaka the flexibility it needed to accommodate future growth, and its location near Route One and proximity to the Princeton Junction train station provides convenient access to the firm's New York City headquarters."

Besides NKF on the tenant side, the deal was orchestrated on the ownership side by Todd Rechler, SVP and executive director of Reckson's New Jersey division, Brian Fitzsimons, Reckson's vice president-leasing, and a GVA Williams NJ team led by president David Simson. Terms were not released.
