SADDLE BROOK, NJ-The Value Group has started construction on Forty Mayhill, a new rental apartment complex here. The property will include a total of 158 one- and two-bedroom units, according to Andrew Abramson, president of the Clifton-based development firm.
The start of work on the new community comes on the heels of the company's recently completed Ten Sampson rental complex nearby. "Ten Sampson experienced huge demand when it opened," Abramson says. "Forty Mayhill will share many of Ten Sampson's attributes."
Among those attributes, according to Abramson, will be a private, attached parking structure. Common spaces also include a fitness center and a club room for private events. The Vienna, VA-based Lessard Urban designed the complex, which is slated for delivery in the winter of 2008/2009.
The Value Group's portfolio currently tops 3,300 residential units in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Florida.
