In both cases, the tenants, landlord and sub-landlord were all represented by Curtis Foster of Cushman & Wakefield. Terms were not disclosed. Besides being the exclusive leasing agent for the property, C&W is also a tenant, maintaining its main New Jersey office on the seventh floor.
In the larger of the two lease extensions, MWW Group has added 4,800 sf via a sublease from Eastman Kodak, bringing its total occupancy to 35,800 sf on the building's sixth and eighth floors. The public relations firm has been headquartered here since 1995.
Management Dynamics has added 3,593 sf, bringing its occupancy to 11,392 sf on the 15th floor. The firm, which provides supply chain management services, has been headquartered in the building since 1998 and has expanded three times since then.
As reported by GlobeSt.com,Metropolitan Center got a new anchor tenant recently when Aegis Insurance Services signed on for 93,000 sf, which it uses as its headquarters. Other tenants include Maersk Lines and Hudson News. The building currently has a total of 142,000 sf available on either a direct or sublease basis, according to Foster.
